Manufacturer Declaration of Conformity

 

Conflict minerals, often called 3TG minerals are defined as cassiterite (tin), columbite-tantalite (tantalum), wolframite (tungsten) and gold or their derivatives; or any other mineral or its derivatives to be financing conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or an adjoining country.

 

Based on the definition above  Vonlin Group  (including VONLIN industry Co., LTD,  HCT ELECTRIC CO.,LTD, ABP Technology Co., Ltd ) declares that:

 

VONLIN Group does not directly purchase any of the conflict minerals.

 

VONLIN Group products have been manufactured without the intentional use of conflict minerals.

 

The VONLIN Group Conflict Minerals Compliance Program is implemented with guidance obtained from the Final Rules of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

 

VONLIN Group have implemented processes and procedures to help ensure that our suppliers comply with our expectations. We have communicated our requirements to our supplier base to determine the sources of any Conflict Mineral contained in our products. We have subsequently obtained declarations from our supplier base confirming their commitment and upstream diligence.

 

VONLIN Group is diligently working to ensure that our supply chain is and stays free of Conflict Minerals.
